Open Golf Croquet Doubles Championship

Wednesday July 16 and Sat July 19, 2025

ENTRIES CLOSE: Saturday July 12 at 11:00am

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:  Players should register as a pair.

TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE: 

1.      Games will be level play (unhandicapped) with a 60-minute time limit.

2.      If games are tied when the bell goes, the deciding hoop will be played.

3.      Pairs will be required to play a maximum of 6 level play games in the round robin round.

4.      The tournament will probably be organised as a single block.

5.      Each pair will play each of the other pairs in their block.

6.      If there are more than 8 entries, there will be two blocks.

TOURNAMENT TIMING:

7.      Round robin games will be scheduled on Wednesday July 16.

8.      The best-of-3 games final will be played on Saturday morning July 19. 

9.      The games schedule will be available on Saturday July 12.

10.    By agreement with your opponents, you may re-schedule any game so it is played by the late afternoon of Wednesday July 16. That is, it may be played on an earlier day.

PARTNERSHIPS AND ENTRY

11.    You should organise your own partner and submit your names on the booking sheet. You must be available to play at any time on Wednesday and on Thursday morning.
